  • Great place to be with the family with children. Children get to interact with the animals. The burger at the cafeteria was delicious (Veggie burgers). Staff really friendly and are always there to assists. On a lovely day it's a nice walk from car park to the entrance. It's not far and makes it really exciting to walk there. Nice place to spend the day. Highly recommend it.

Just a farm with nothing special. But what disappoints people is that the farm is full of Chinese tourists who are not very nice. They were laugh and yell at the sleeping koalas just under a sigh saying " don't disturb their sleep". But there's no one stop the rude behaviour. I watched the show about shaving the sheep on 2 June. As a native Chinese speaker, I can tell that the translator is not good at all like with nothing preparation. She did not only translate the words without accuracy, but also speaking something without meaning in Chinese. She just hoked something and then continue. I suggest that if you really want the Chinese tourists know what is happening, change her to another translator.

Where do I begin, the word disappointed seems too kind. I'll start with the good. The ability to get up close to the animals was great. The kids loved the petting zoo. Unfortunately that's as positive as I can be. The park enclosures are small and the animals look sedated. We paid for some kangaroo food however not a single kangaroo was interested. The "rest area" for the animals was surrounded by tourists so no wonder the animals were exhausted, being prodded and poked all day with no escape. The park was overrun by Asian tourists who have no ability to be polite, my 3 year old son was regularly pushed aside to allow them to take a selfie of them tugging on a kangaroo ear. Where were the staff keeping an eye on the welfare of the animals, almost nonexistent. Overall the park was poorly managed and unsupervised. I got the impression it was aiming to cram as many Asian tourists into the park as possible with little regard for the welfare of the animals or the general enjoyment of other visitors. I'm just glad I didn't pay to enter due to my pass.

  • I got 4 theme parks annual ticket. It's good for my 1 year old girl. She loves it. Value for money if you got yearly ticket.
